"Waste Please? huh?" That's what I thought to myself as I was taking pictures of the many different waste receptacles around the Happiest Place on Earth.

Grant me 228 wishes please

Wish has always been a magical word to me. As a little girl the classic phrase "Make a Wish" or "Wish Upon a Star" held such hope and promise as I said those words out loud. I would wish for a new toy or a cupcake from the bakery. Now that I am a little older, I still wish for cupcakes, but the true wishes of my heart that go so much deeper than that. I wish that laughter would fill up a little space of everyday. I wish that peace would be felt everyday, the kind of peace that even amidst heartache... the peace that comes from knowing who you are and who you belong to permeate your life. So as you find yourself wishing upon a star, remember to hold on to the wishes that really matter.

What's your favorite color?

What is your favorite color? Somehow when I get asked this question, I can't come up with a viable answer.I like color.Plain and Simple. If I really had to choose, I would choose white. The color white is in itself a value not a color but by choosing white, I can make my favorite color anything I want it to be.

Beyond the Mouse

I just got home from California with my family where we visited Disneyland yet again and stayed at our beach house in Newport Beach. While toting my camera absolutely everywhere, I noticed the simple treasures that I take for granted every time I visit one of my favorite places in the world.
